Through our educational venture, Atheos Institute of Skill Excellence (AISE), our goal is to impart vocational education and skill development training to achieve our vision of sustainable, inclusive growth for both the rural and urban economy. We aim to redesign 'skill training' to meet the real time needs of the economy, in alignment with the objectives and guidelines of NSQF (National Skills Qualifications Framework) and Skill India initiative.
We currently conduct skill development and vocational training courses in tourism & hospitality, media & entertainment, agriculture and healthcare sectors from our campuses. Our well qualified and experienced faculty offer vocational training programs that adhere to the respective sector skill council guidelines. At the same time, our courses are customised to local conditions and incorporate our in-depth knowledge of the business environment.
Our focus is on continuous improvement and constant quality control, with consistency of results and excellence assured by our predefined quality assessment tools and standard operating procedures. We ensure that our students acquire the skills that are needed for their job roles, as well as the life skills to secure their future as skilled professionals or social entrepreneurs.
I always dreamt of working in a multinational company. 5 years ago after completing ITI in electrical I have joined ATHEOS. Today I work in Toshiba and I am very happy to be a part of an organization that helps me grow and enhance my skills.
Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh
Today I work as a Kitchen Steward in one of the five star hotels of the Taj Group and I feel proud to be part the group that sets benchmarks in the hospitality industry.
When I grew up, I heard many stories about five star hotels being places only rich people can enter and about how you need special skills to cater to them. Thanks to Atheos, today I am skilled enough to work in Taj Hotels.
South Kanpur, West Bengal
I had seen a world of opportunities in this company. When I joined Atheos, I was new to this part of India. But I had learned a lot during my tenure here. Atheos helped me stand on my own feet.
